Warning: There is only a very limited amount of parking spots. Be careful or you risk your vehicle gets towen away. Don't drink and drive!

The Game

One of our most innovative features is our interactive Wakan game, where every member is able to participate in. The goal is to gather as many experience points as possible to achieve a higher rank within the community. Higher ranks bring privileges but also obligations. Make sure to check out this section to learn more about the principle.

Of course you are NOT required to take part or any action in the game. If you simply want to visit one of our events feel free and ignore the game :)

Food & Drinks

Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the event area. We have various food and drink offers reaching from grilled fish and burgers, vegarian soups, salads and more to cocktails and all sorts of alcoholic beverages. We want you to escape reality and to enjoy our very high quality offerings. We try to be different!

Payment

All drinks are paid contactless with your personal wristband you get with your ticket. All prices shown are in € and you can recharge your wristband using cash and cards at various stations at the event area. Food is being paid directly at each stand. Card payment subject to vendor.

Payout

In case you want to leave and you still got money on your wristband/personal account you can simply show up at the recharge stations and ask for a cash out up to 50€ within 24h. Amounts higher than 50€ require a personal inquiry via payments@wakan-festival.com.

Tickets & Wristbands

Every visitor is required to have a personalized wristband. Those wristbands are being used for access control, payments and identification. Please make sure to store it safely.

Reselling

As soon your wristband is personalized, please remember the following information when selling your wristband/ticket to somebody else:
1. The buyer has to repersonalize his ticket at the ticket desk on the event location during the official event hours. 2. Please remember that you might have charged your wristband with money in advance. This money sticks to you as a person and not to your wristband. This means: Account balance cant be sold!

Costumes & Style

Style is a very important part to the culture of Wakan. Try to dress up and to style yourself in the mood of Wakan. We have several inspirations and links to good shops at our Instagram channel so make sure you give us a visit :)
