The goal is to get as many "Experience Points" as possible in order to achieve a higher rank in Wakan.
A higher rank gives you preffered access to the festival, other Wakan events, invitations to workshops and much more. Still, a higher rank also comes with responsibility and obligations. Click here to view the details.
1. Quests
Absolve quests to gain experience points. The further you get on the road to complete the quest, the more points you get. If you are the first one to solve the quest, you earn most of the points.
2. Rituals
Rituals are an essential part of Wakan. Those rituals can be absolved at the festival itself and sometimes even at some popup ticket stores. Keep your eyes open for ritual announcements!
Gives you an overview of how many rituals overall you have successfully absolved. The more rituals you complete, the more experience points you get.

Shows you, how many quests you have taken part in. They are not easy to solve but help a lot to gain respect from the Wakan community.
Quests require a lot of understanding of the Wakan culture as well as a sense old explorers used to have. They take you through the cities and unveil a lot of the Wakan society.
Quests are being held in cities and villages arround the festival location in advance to the festival. Those quests will be announced at the Quests Section as well as the Wakan Social Media Channels. Each quest is rewarded with direct prizes as well as a boost in experience points and respect.
Tells you, how respected you are at the Wakan community. Gain experience points to climb up and take advantage of many rewards and invitations you only get at certain ranks.
Higher ranks give you all sort of advantages at Wakan. At some points, certain ranks can also be required to buy tickets and to take part at our events - but that depends on you and the demand. For now higher ranks have direct impact on discounts, invitations to workshops prior to the event, access to specials festival areas and much more. Check the Status & Points Section for a detailed list of benefits. On the other side, higher ranks also require you to take responsibility at Wakan. This is not critical for lower ranks but the higher you get, the more you engagement is required.
